I go for the ambiance. The owner greets me by name. The music is peaceful. The nail techs have very rarely tried to upsell. I've been there quite a few times and it's been the mini-vacation I've needed to push through a busy week. They should be higher-staffed so they would not need to turn people away but otherwise I've appreciated the way they've done my nails and the efforts they've made to make their customers comfortable and keep coming back.

Me and my 2 girls fight over whose going to get the appointment with her when we go. 🤣 She is so sweet and her nails last me 4 weeks which is great because I can't get in as often as I like.
